The Industrial Park Vial is the largest purely industrial zone in the Grisons. The US medical technology company Hamilton recently decided on this zone as its new location. A further 150,000 square meters of land are still available in the best neighborhood.

Direct freeway and railway connections make Tardisland one of the most desirable industrial zones in South-Eastern Switzerland. Currently a further 35,000 square meters of land are available to innovative industrial and service companies.
The cantonal capital city provides companies and their employees with high-quality urban infrastructure. On the Pulvermühle and Sommerau sites, at total of 22,400 square meters of land is available as building right to attractive conditions.
Internationally successful companies such as Trumpf, Georg Fischer, Wittenstein or Gritec have already settled on the greenfield sites in Prättigau. A further 100,000 square meters of land provide room for entrepreneurial innovation between the research locations Davos and Landquart.
The industrial zone San Vittore lies in the Italian-speaking part of the Grisons on the A13 freeway just before Bellinzona, the capital city of the Canton of Ticino. The 15,000 square meters of land near to the Gotthard route are available at an attractive price.
Lying directly on the A13 north-south transit axis, the Realta Industrial Zone is an ideal starting point, only 15 minutes away from the cantonal capital city Chur. 68,000 square meters of land are available in an expansion zone, which can be developed with an attractive project.
